Custom Workout Program (60 - 90 minutes)
Custom workout program tailored around your specific goals and interests. Build muscle, lose weight, learn skills, lift heavy...we can work on whatever you would like. We will be able to mix and match a full range of workouts and exercises for your needs.
This option is great for beginners and advanced athletes. A program can be built around functional strength development up to specific sport training or skill work.
Workouts will take place at my home gym by Japantown in Pacific Heights: fully equipped with olympic weights and rack, gymnastics rings, medicine balls, plyo boxes, etc...everything you will need! Sessions are private, no distractions!
I can also come train at your home gym!
Power Holds (60 - 90 minutes)
This class focuses on beginner to advanced balance poses. We start with close to the floor poses with an emphasis on developing strength and balance, then move on to more advanced aerial poses. Along with a strong core and back, you will develop tremendous body awareness and a superb sense of balance within yourself.
Training can take place at my home gym or any place you please! The beauty of this workout is it can be done anywhere. It is one of my favorite workout programs simply for the freedom.
Dynamic Calisthenics (60 - 90 minutes)
Overcome gravity with calisthenics! No need for fancy equipment or a gym; just you, some bars and can be done anywhere. We will focus on pushups, pull-ups, dips and other bodyweight exercises. There will be an emphasis on incorporating more advanced skills including handstands, headstands and advanced balance poses as you develop.
Workouts will take place at my home gym by Japantown in Pacific Heights or the Marina outdoor facility (or another place you like/your own home gym!)
